NOTE:
All prices are quoted in US dollars or pounds sterling and include 12% tax.
All prices quoted are subject to a minimum stay of 3 nights.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Pool heating extra - $150/£100 per week or $25/£17 per day (minimum 5 days).
Payable in advance on payment of final balance, or at Vistapark and payable locally. When ordered, the pool and spa are
heated to 88 degrees. However, we cannot be held responsible for the pool not achieving the desired temperature in the event
of unusually cold weather conditions.
A refundable security deposit of $400/£250, against missing items, damage/breakages or excess cleaning is required upon arrival at Vistapark Resort.
The villa is inspected both before and at the end of each
occupation and upon confirmation that all is in order, the deposit will be reimbursed in full as soon as possible. Charges for missing items, damages/breakages
or excess cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. However, a claim is not limited to $400/£250 should excess damage occur.
A non-refundable reservation deposit of $150/£100 per week is required to secure a booking.
The balance of payment is due 10 weeks prior to commencement of holiday, and is non-refundable.
We strongly advise all guests to take out full travel, cancellation and personal insurance.
Please note that bookings will be released if the full balance is not received on the due date as indicated on your booking
confirmation and final invoice. No final reminders will be sent.
For reservations made within 10 weeks of commencement of holiday, full amount is payable at time of booking.
For stays of 6 nights or less a cleaning fee of $127/£90 is payable on payment of final balance.
Only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property.
Persons/children under the age of 21 are not acceptable unless accompanied by parents or responsible adult.
For payment by credit card an administration fee of 4% is charged.
Tenancy commences at 4 pm on the date of arrival and must finish at
10 am on the date of departure.
Bed linen and towels/pool towels provided.
No smoking. No pets.
